Vincent practices intellectual property and technology law and has spent over 20 years successfully representing clients in Court, before administrative agencies and in the negotiating room. He focuses on patent litigation, Inter Partes Review Proceedings and patent strategy in high technology areas such as IP networking, digital security, encryption and telephony. Vincent counsels clients in the intellectual property aspects of their businesses. A founding partner of McGeary Cukor LLC, he advises clients in strategically building their intellectual property assets, in developing patent claiming strategies, in negotiating patent landscapes during product launches, and in all aspects of patent assertion.
